STARVATION, AS A METHOD OF CLARIFICATION OF AN ORGANISM

Long starvation should pass only under medical supervision. Starvation is the simplest and most accessible way of clarification of an organism.

It is obvious that application of this way consists in the food intake termination for some time (approximately 3-5 days). Actually it is difficult enough (especially in first two days) - the person feels sleepy, weak, broken, a little even braked. In case of intolerableness of the listed sensations starvation is necessary for cancelling. But if you are among the people easily transferring hunger can safely lead up the period of starvation till 7-10 days. But to do it it is necessary gradually, say, within several weeks (better two-three) you refuse food intake only for one day in a week. It is better to give preference to fruit and vegetables, to reduce to a minimum farinaceous food consumption, to try to exclude fat, sharp and fried. People of the senior age category are recommended to exclude from the diet such products, as: eggs, fresh milk, and all heavy food, perhaps.
